It’s to late for me now as I have already completed to the best I can. But I came across this I typed a word in google and I found this come up it’s pretty good for anyone that’s going to complete there assignment form. Also Citizens Advice website is damn b****y good for me to navigate through it. Who finds things hard.

I just typed in google Q5: managing treatments and it came up with a load of good answers and advice.

also type the below about Pip assessment guide

Hope it helps all we fabro warriors out there x

HI Angel, that’s good to know. I was in such a fazzel I had to call age concern and all she put was no change to every question. I thought that’s no good I will get 0 for everything.

I tried calling you r benefits team but just missed the deadline by a minute. X

Hi - one of the worst things a person could put with a review is 'no change' without saying what that meant, & treating a review giving as much detail as hopefully was given with an initial claim form. I'm sorry you were so badly let down by Age Concern.

All is not however lost, as you mentioned, there are links that can help such as the PIP assessment guide part 2: gov.uk/government/publicati...

What you can do is ring to say you have extra information you wish to add either now, or when you get your decision letter. All you simply need to do is give a couple of recent, detailed examples as to the difficulty you face for each applicable activity/descriptor, i.e. when did it happen, where, what happened, did anyone see this, & were there any consequences to attempting/doing an activity?

Also say if you can't do an of these activites 'reliably,' i.e. safely, to an acceptable standard, repeat as often as one would reasonably expect, or if it takes you much longer than someone without a disability.

It's not too late for you!
