Hi all. I managed to get DWP to finally authorise an online PIP application, given I have difficulty hand writing. I'm very close to the deadline and almost ready to paste my answers in but I cant find where the actual questions are - the link DWP sent me only takes me to a 'task list' where I can upload supporting evidence like reports, pics etc.
Am I being really thick and missing something? I'm not sure if there's another place to log into or if I just upload Word docs with my typed answered numbered?
Ideally I need to get it done today/tomorrow so really grateful for any advice!!
TIA

Hi Endolemon - I'm on my 4th attempt at getting through... tech support couldnt help and bounced me back to the main number. It is the most ridiculously hard system to try to work within, I'm at my wits end!!
That sounds like what my PIP application looks like when I sign in now that I have submitted my answers to the questions
Oh and DWP don't authorise an online form it is your right to request the online form instead of a paper one - you don't even need a reason - they are supposed to give you the choice
I was also offered paper or online. The DWP explained to me the choice was either paper or online. My husband did all the typing and helped me explain the answers.
Hi LadyJoro - that makes sense as when I finally got through to someone they informed me I was marked as needing support with submitting the form so my application progressed even though I missed the date to submit initially. I uploaded it all as a word doc. It only took 4 months to get it all together 😅 Good luck with your app
Thank you. I’m resigned to being knocked back at the first and second point but will go to tribunal as I’ve learned from others that many succeed there. Keep me posted…
