Its chocolate cake day today. Not a fibro thing but our fibro friend Ian (@cookfulness) shared this sunken cake recipe below as every day should be cake day :)

I don't believe it! (my most convincing Victor Meldrew impression?)

We haven't even finished January and they are tempting us to break our New Years Resolutions. All very dreadful. Thoroughly disapproving here, but... also thinking, that looks very good cake. And baking is a virtue. And chocolate is good for you; Contains iron, magnesium and stuff? Ugh, stuff resolutions! I better go shopping.

I wonder if our local supermarket has sorted it's egg crisis yet? If they haven't, I predict a riot!!

Looks amazing but with the way my Fibro and Migraine pain flares from eating too much sugar it's unfortunately one of those things I'm not going to get the chance to celebrate ... Even though I really wish I could!

Good resolution! This is Planet Chocolate we are on after all and no-one knows if that substance exists anywhere else in our Galaxy. - Could be seriously tempted by this recipe especially when potassium levels run low. Never mind the date. Honour the Planet!
