vertigo and seeing the doctor
I have bppv - when it flares I get the Epley Manoeuvre and that settles it xxx
Yes I have BPPV like angel, the doctor can give you medication to help the symptoms settle. It's horrible isn't it, worth seeing the doctor tho as could be a sign of blood pressure problems. I paid private to have the epley maneuver and it really helped. Hope you get some relief x
Yes, I have to, but it's not crystals in my ear. I started getting it as a menopause symptom, I think it's to do with my neck/ getting too hot(wierd but true) and tinnitus seems to be joined with it somehow.
I have had it for 4 years (I am 75) I have had Fibro most of my life but the dizziness, etc only really started 4 years ago. They have tried everything but nothing has worked. Many, many falls. It is frightening. I now have a walker and a rugby cap to keep me from falling and hurting my head again. I am now getting treated for an abcessed tooth I have asked the doctor about 3 years. Because it wasn't on her xray she was nothing there WRONG saw a specialist it was at the very end of my tooth. Antibiotics for 2 weeks and I'm feeling better
Hi there.
So do you think it was your tooth infection that caused all your dizziness? And that it has improved or gone away now? I ask this because I have had dizziness and unbalanced not being able to drive and affecting my life everyday for six months. Had a dental x-ray etc. Anyway my tooth cracked and could no longer save it. When I asked to see it once it had been removed it absolutely stunk and was infected. Since then no more dizziness at the moment etc.
Got lots of other things wrong chronic fatigue/ME over 33 years and fibromyalgia 2 years. Low blood pressure and Raynaud's phenomenon.
Thank you
