feeling weird, etc...

hi I am sorry for ranting but despite sleeping OK last night, I am still struggling with fatigue and some heaviness, I feel my anxiety is through the roof, my body does not feel right, my head feels heavy and woozy and I feel tearful and feel ridiculous for rambling on when someone else may have been through worse than me. my legs feel like they are cramping up and I can't balance on them. I am not sure what is going on I may speak to the doctor about it x ☺️ ❤️ 😭I am sorry for the long post x

Hi sorry to read your anxiety is still high, differently agree with Dizzy you need too see your doctor, if our anxiety is high it can certaintly affect what we are feeling and them we worry what is going on with our body , this is a normal reaction and I do think keep working with your doc until you feel you are going forward in yourself , sending hugs xx

Please don't be sorry...we all have certain symptoms which are awful at times and it's understandable why you feel as you do. Take care... be kind to yourself.

Aha! I see one of your interests is healthy eating. Very positive to involve yourself in that. I'm also thinking supplementary vitamins and minerals might help you. Possibly none of us gets enough of them in modern food, according to some sources, especially about B12. We actually need to take that in higher grams than are provided in normal supplements. Look at powders you can get on Amazon. Just avoid the type made from cyanide - cyanocobalamin. 'WE' don't need the complication of that so called 'safe' bit of poison. - Methylcobalamin B12 is good. - Getting the right balance of copper in the diet also seems crucial to controlling depression. - There is lots to learn online and from posts here on supplements and your knowledge will grow. I am sure it has already. - I avoid 'Healthline' advice though as they are paid huge sums to throw doubt on the more natural remedies in order to keep pharmaceuticals in business. They always tend to pop up first if you are researching something - I hope you can find a modern thinking GP who thinks independently of drugs salesmen. If you have access to more than one GP, seek out one that you yourself, feel right with. Good luck!

I am sorry you feel like this. You are not alone. I am sorry I can not type much but can relate to how you feel. It is difficult with the high anxiety most of the time. extremely painful IBS. All l the other conditions one has to put up with with fibromyalgia make for feeling weird and not right most of the time. I also feel bad that others in the world are suffering more adding to the feeling kind of guilty for complaining and speaking about the pain to others etc.
