hi all, I have me telephone assessment on Tuesday, is there a way I can re-read my submitted claim form to help prepare? When I applied I was in the depths but after some months on anti-depressants I am feeling much less negative about my condition.

Advice is always keep copies of any paper work sent to DWP........and have it signed for too. They are notorious for saying not received.

Don't tell them you are feeling better with meds either. Remember how awful you felt when you first applied/ They will use anything to not give you a brass farthing

thanks. I applied online, I was sure they sent me a link to see what I’d submitted but can’t find such a thing now

You should have received a link to download a copy of your form when you submitted it, however, I'm not sure if there is a time limit on the link

You can Google the pip descriptors and it can be useful to bear these in mind when answering the questions. Also consider whether you can do the tasks reliably (safely, repeatedly, to an acceptable standard and in a reasonable time). Also, can you do a task or not, the majority of the time

Just be honest about how your symptoms affect you and if there have been changes since your form they need to know - as deliberately misleading them is fraud

thank you! Your message made me check my download folder, I had saved my application there!!! Happy days. I just want to refresh myself, as many weeks have passed since I applied.

Always best to have keep a copy of everything, just so you can refer to it. Good luck and hope it goes well xxx

hi.

Not sure that this will be helpful, unless you kept a copy for yourself. I did this for my husbands one. Only because someone told to to copy all documents before I send them off. As they can be lost. Maybe look on line to see if you can find the form So you can at least see the questions.

Hope all goes well
