Had a text yesterday evening to tell me they'd received my application and just had a phone call to book my assessment on Tuesday !! Thankfully they are coming to my flat so I won't have to travel anywhere. Fingers crossed x

There is a website 'Benefit and Work'who have lots of information and support in respect of completing benefit applications. You do need to subscribe but it is worth every single penny.
