Hi All......

Two thing's i wanted to ask.....

Firstly does anyone else get a really bad runny nose 👃 🤔 i blow my nose but it makes no difference......

Secondly.....snoring badly 😢 feels like my throat is so dry. Im obviously not in a sound sleep as i can hear myself lol

Hi there, I would say it sounds like the nose problem maybe causing your snoring. My hubby suffers with the same problem.

I have sinus problems and find a nasal wash spray helps. You may need to have a word with your GP. I wouldn't say it was a fibro issuie.

Arm & Hammer Simply Saline is a miracle. You can use it for just a quick spray, or as a nasal flush. Make sure you get isotonic.

Just noticed your comment on runny nose, OMG , mine never stops especially first thing in the morning when I am active . It’s like a tap 😢

I have a blocked nose alot but not a cold. It suddenly clears during the day but at work i get the sniffles ( maybe the cold chiller isles or air con causing it??) then just as i go to bed my nose is blocked again but it must ease while im asleep as dont sleep with my mouth open?! lol xx

hiya I am the same with a blocked nose Same at bedtime ! I don’t know if it’s dust or something but even if I am on the fone my nose blocks up then my eyes start to run ! You wud say that i look like I’m having an allergic reaction to something, I don’t think it’s fybro tho! Take care 😊

HAve a read up on leaf mould allergy. Thus affects me really badly at this time of year. Antihistamines seem to work. Hope this helps.
