wondering if anyone would be interested in fighting fibro discrimination by a UK judge , was not allowed to give my evidence in court recently because I needed to read it out as unable to give evidence off the top of my head , judge abused me , insulted me , mocked me and then lectured me, had fibro all my life and needless to say pretty thick skinned , and have experienced a vast array of distress and grief from inconsiderate deluded humans over many years of having this curse ,
however on this occasion it was so exceptional that I had to leave the court building as was so stressed and indeed traumatised by this judges actions , the court has pulled down the shutters and pulled up the drawbridge and is now fully protecting this judge Xxxxx given I am attempting to take bring this county court judge to book , anyone who thinks they may be able to assist or advise in fighting such discrimination of our disability then please dont hesitate

You can make a complaint via the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office on the UK Gov official website.
You need info like the name of the judge , date and case that it occurred during as well as the nature of the complaint and its effect on your person.
If you don't get any satisfaction or the complaint is taking too long you need to contact your MP to contact the Judicial Ombudsman on your behalf to complain about the JCIO.
Its good to put in as much detail as you can , and if you can get someone to add evidence for you whom witnessed the event that will help.
Put emphasis on the fact that you were mocked , penalised, and prevented from giving vital evidence in the case because of some of the judges lack of knowledge of your Disability , as Fibro is a classified disability.
Also point out that you had received no assistance or advice concerning the fact that you may not be allowed to read out your evidence prior to entering Court by the legal team that called you , even though you would need to because of the effect of your disability on speaking in public before you came to Court.
Basing your complaint on the grounds of an attack because of prejudice and discrimination against a Disabled individual , and the effect it had on your illness and Mental Health will add weight to your complaint.
Good Luck , I hope you do receive an apology , thus lack of awareness in official offices needs highlighting.
Hello there , ta for info , afraid the JCIO is not fit for purpose , they are not an independent public body but actually controlled by the Judicial industry and part government , their policy only covers a few things such as if a judge fell asleep or was racist !, discrimination is not in their remit , which is basically discrimination on its own , my MP has refused to get involved , he claimed that he could be in contempt by challenging judges conduct ! I am trying to get a audio tape / cd recording of the hearing apart from a transcript , however the court are refusing and clearly protecting this judge , I am not prepared to back down from this shocking abuse , not a benefits matter , I am actually trying to get my legal file from a firm I am suing for professional negligence, they are refusing to release it .
I'm sorry . It would be worth contacting your MP again though and reminding them of the fact that it is their political responsibility to act on this matter on your behalf , and that is only that can contact the Judicial Ombudsman on your behalf to complain about the lack of help the JCIO will give you in this case.
Acting on your behalf in this matter is written into the legislation to deal with your problem and us definitely not a matter were an MP could be held in contempt , you could print off the Ombudsman regulations on this to show the MP to stop the excuses.

Id also suggest writing to the Attorney General's office and Government Disability and Equality departments to make them aware of how you were treated both during your case and the complaints process asking them to look into the matter further and ensure that better rules are put in place to help people with illness or disability to give evidence in Court when their cognitive processes may require them to have notes for reminder or their original statement to look at in stressful situations.
Lets face it , if a police officer can look back in their notebook to help them recall what they wrote so a person with health difficulties should be able to look back at the statement that has been submitted in the case records too.
am putting pressure on the JCIO to investigate this despite discrimination not being within their remit , the public cannot go to the ombudsman unless they are unhappy with the outcome of the JCIO , have rung just about every organization in the last few weeks , shockingly bad responses by them all ,
Found Fightback 4 justice will only deal with benefit court matters , ie pip etc , this case is nothing to do with disability benefits ,
Trust me my MP err unable to name him as it will be stamped over , is useless and he is the main MP for mid Wales , rang the office of MP David Davis the other day , as Mr Davis raised concerns about judges conduct getting worse , I was given short shift by some snobbish t**t on the phone ,
think I recall ringing last week the governments disability equality dept , was half expecting the woman who I spoke to , to say " the computer sez no " , complete air head , prob best to write but most likely get a fluffy dancing around my concerns reply ,
Waiting to see what I get out of the court and JCIO , made it clear to the court that their policy not to release a tape / cd audio copy , without a law behind it , is a mere document , my request under freedom of information and in public interest regarding disability is law , which of course trumps the courts policy
Id suggest writing to , not ringing all the MP groups concerned again. A written letter or complaint sent to their offices requesting a written response to your concern , preferably signed for. A letter has to remain in their records and show that they have made a conscientious effort to try to deal with your concerns adequately by their response.
I'm in Wales myself so know the wheels if progress in anything Medical or Legal is painfully slow and many detour signs and obstacles are in the road you travel in attempts to fob you off.
If you persist eventually something does happen , even if it's usually not a solution that goes far enough.

It must be with a heavy heart. Decency as empathy doesn’t cost anything unfortunately those who are like this do not care about anything but themselves no matter who they are vile too
judges conduct is certainly getting worse , especially against anyone self represented , smothered legal aid along with the increasing sheer greed of lawyers has forced an increase of the public having to represent themselves to attempt to get justice , thanks for commenting , indeed its becoming a more brutal world day by day in this present history
we had this exact same conversation with a few of us at work today. All four of us agreed it’s a cruel money grabbing place on earth and selfish people don’t give a damn about other people only themselves and how things affect them whilst lining their own pockets and to hell with anyone that gets in their way 😢☹️. I am so sorry for your recent distress. If I were you, and your own MP refused to help then I would write to Downing Street. Take it to the papers also , that will have people listening to you. A judge is just a man, he has no right to treat you this way regards his position. We are in 2022 not 1522. Nothing makes him better than you or in any position to treat you with such disrespect.
hi , have tried all the media , parliament all disability groups, solicitors , barristers , pro bono and just about every other organization , no one gives a toss , when you mention complaining against a judge they run for the hills , this was a woman judge , worst of British justice , will be protesting outside the court very shortly , am trying the farce of a complaints process first via the JCIO which ain`t fit for purpose
