Disagree gracefully as we are a support group

Recent post got a bit fired up. Remember this is a support group and we all have fibro. Swearing and abusing someone is not support and will not be tolerated. If you are asking for advice as well as support then you may not like some of the answers.

Ignore them or answer them respectfully. Don't abuse the messenger.

Just a short message and will be turning off replies to this one and have removed the post in question that contained a lot of good advice which was a shame.
