Milk Thistle for fatigue?

Has anyone tried milk thistle supplements for fatigue? I have found it has helped a lot. You will need one with artichoke extract in as well to be really effective ( in my experience). I also take ginger and this has been a huge help to manage my nausea. I was struggling to get through a day before and woke up feeling as if I had been out partying all night (I wish ha ha). Honestly say I have never looked back. Still get fibro pain flare ups but the fatigue flare ups have vastly reduced. Good luck to anyone who tries it. Hope it works for you.
