Hi, I have problems sleeping. I get 2 hours each time i fall asleep , although I am managing 3 occasionally. I have had some help from my GP with medication but the first ones didn’t work and the second ones made me feel sick so I’m sorry I can’t offer any advice at the minute other than waiting tv until you fall asleep, light exercise , no food , caffeine or alcohol after 7 ish (check time with doc). I cut alcohol out altogether but it hasn’t made any difference, only eat more 😂😂. Good luck

Sadly not been able to sleep is one of the major problems people tend to suffer with. Not everyone but most. I am one of the lucky people who sleep very well. So I am not much help I'm afraid.

But I'm sure if you put your question in the search box you will find many questions and answers on this very frustrating topic.
