Hi and welcome, I gave up work about 4 years ago, it's so hard admitting to not being able to do things, I know I couldn't go back to work at the moment get exhausted just getting up and getting ready, I'm under pain clinic but still struggling to find anything that works, hope you have a good day xx
I found improvement with taking 15ml of apple cider vinegar with mother with 15ml raw honey, half a lemon, and at least 8oz of water.
I drink it first thing in the morning. At first I didn't recognize any difference but after 3/4 months I noticed I want in as much pain. It didn't cure me but it keeps me functional.
I would also say look into juicing/or/blending vegetables, I love how juicing makes me feel.
Stretching/foam rolling helps my tense muscles.
I hope you find some hopeful things so you can keep working.
Good luck. ××
Hello LindaPickup and a warm welcome to our friendly fibro forum where you can get advice, support, help and understanding, along with a giggle or two to lighten the day.
Our mother site fmauk.org is an excellent place to find out about all things fibro, including guides and links.
Have you asked for more flexible hours at work or perhaps a more ergomonic work station? It can be difficult to find a work/life balance, some days it is as much as we can do to get out of bed!
Please feel free to ask Admin and indeed the forum for help and advice.
Kay
