Hoping you are up and about soon..as an18 year sufferer don't stay too long inactive I find it just mAkes muscles deflate,just try some rotating of both feet from s sitting position

Yes I’m poodling about as my back as gone at the mo and I’ve learnt to get up have a walk about then sit back down or you stiffen up bad x I’ve never tried that I’m glad you mentioned it I’ve never thought that so I’m going to do it whilst sitting rotate my feet , thank you

Sometimes it can be to hard even to think but when you do feel like writing we will all be here.

Thank you , and yes I just can’t think straight at the mo , it’s so hard sometimes , I don’t like keep talking to family about it , I feel I’m getting on their nerves , its a lonely Illness
