Pip didn’t ring me

Hi just a quick question has anyone been waiting for a call from pip for an assessment yesterday and they didn’t ring me I have rang Capta today and they said it’s gone to a referral to see why the call didn’t go ahead which will take 5 days has anyone had this if so what happened next.

Hi there, they say they will call you within the next 5days. So I guess you will have to wait till they give you a call. If you've not heard from them at the end of 5days. You will have get back intouch with them I'm afraid it's a waiting game at the moment. Never been through it myself. But if they say they will check it out and get back in touch. All you can do is take them at their word that's what they will do. Good luck xx

Thank you for the reply I have never done this before so I don’t know what to expect I’ve read a lot of bad things on here about pip assessments was hoping it wouldn’t be the case for me fingers crossed they see that they didn’t ring me and I get another appointment it just doesn’t help my anxiety I was awake all night worrying about it the night before I feel like I shouldn’t be applying for it in the first place but I need help with buying things to help me with my fibro thank you for taking the time to read my question x
