Hi everyone, thank you for not ignoring me and trying to help. I did not sleep after 45 mg co-codeine and yes next day constipated.
About my fibromyalgia, I'm 48 years I live with pain especially in my legs and headache last 15 years. I live all the time on Paracetamol and Ibuprofen. This year I have done 2 MRI scans to check my head they saw some white dots but my doctor said it's nothing serious. last year I took Pregabalin but it's not reliable help me. And I decided not to experiment with pills. I think you getting used to living with pain. Sometimes I got so much pain and it scares me but I take painkillers and go to work with my pain ( I'm working care home in the kitchen, which we are always busy but I love my job) My husband always sed don't go to work stay at home but I always told him I'm not staying home, I prefer being busy than lying in bed and feeling like dying. I don't know how fibromyalgia works but I feel better in the summer. I know everyone is different and have different pain filing but I try just to live a normal life sometimes it's very hard sometimes not too bad. I wish everyone to be healthy, happy and have a lot of patience.
