Pain in my left hand

Hi Guys

Long time since I posted but I have a constant ripping/burning pain in my left hand and nothing seems to alleviate it can any of our warriors give me any advice?

Hello judyb67. You didn't lock your post. You might want to?Anyway, I'm assuming you got checked out, properly with the Quack, and at the end of all the Xrays, poking etc your drs shugged their shoulders and mumbled something about fibro, whingers and just getting on with it? Or what ever Drs like to say these days?

I just read about Pycnogenol. I was looking up use in animals and found it's recently been researched favourably for use in fibros. What were the chances of that? Might be worth a squiz before you resort to taking pain meds daily to survive? Powerful anti-oxident. Even relieves IBS symptoms. Read all about it?

Hands are a bummer area for pain. Hard to rest them. Seems you need them for everything!! Good luck in getting relief.

Also, I found exercises helped. Not the Drs/physio ones sadly! You could look up Brad and Bob? on Youtube. Very accessible, free and I found they gave excellent advice. The right gentle stretches can really help us fibros.
