Does any one received Pip form from DWP?

I can’t get one they keep telling me they have sent one and I haven’t received since.

U are best of speaking to citizens advice for that plus they will help u fill out form. They are very helpful. They print form out aswell . Hope this helps

Hiya hun that happened to me too! I got a letter saying the form had to be back in three days! So I got on the phone to the PIP number and explained that I hadn’t received it yet! The gentleman was very nice and sent me another form with another month to send it! And you wouldn’t believe it but both old and new forms came on the same day!! I asked the postman what went wrong and he blamed the usual “COVID BACKLOG”!! I’ve sent it now so wish me luck! But I used the phone number on the PIP site cos it takes you straight to them! I have my pip assessment on Friday/freaking out here never had 2 ask any1 for anything/ some people r saying it's not a nice experience and its face 2 face / 😂

Well Katie I would love to say that it’s an ok thing but it’s not! Take some support with you if you can! The only thing I can say be prepared for the worst! And don’t forget it’s not a physical exam they don’t need to touch you!!👍🏻👍🏻

Hiya LimaY did you try ringing again? You have to be persistent! Keep telling them you haven’t received it and don’t let them fob you off! You would think the money was coming out their own pocket the way some people abuse that tiny bit of power they have!! Good luck with it hun!

Hi Crazycav Yes I did ring them yesterday and the lady I spoke to said they had wrong door number

They sending new form and she said sent back on 20 of October .
