Extremely fatigued

Hello, I hope everyone is well. Today was a very difficult day for me. I have very difficult symptoms. Strong pain all over my body. Sharp pain in my head with dizziness and imbalance. I suddenly feel like I'm going to pass out. And I lose my power. I don't have the energy to just talk. I hear a whistle in my ear. Like crickets in my ears. Suddenly I feel a strange feeling in my stomach, which is the same feeling that someone feels when surprised. This psychological feeling in the stomach. I don't know what is the correct name for this feeling. I am really tired today. And I feel brain fog. I feel like a heartbeat in my stomach with colic. When I lie in bed I feel my whole body shivering from weakness and exhaustion and my breath shortens. Is all this a symptom of fibromyalgia? Or it could be something new. Thank you

Sorry to hear you are struggling, while your symptoms might be fibromyalgia, they could also be something else - if they continue you should mention to your gp and get checked out.

If I was like that I would see a doctor. I mean it sounds like exhaustion but I don't think you should be feeling like that for any length of time.
