Absolutely amazing. I just watched the video and so glad I did. It was more than interesting and thought provoking, I smiledAnd laughed throughout which made the video end far to quickly for my liking 😀informative with so much humour, such lovely people it made it easy to listen to. I’m ordering Rachaels book ASAP as it will be wonderful to read. Grateful Desquinn for putting it out there

listened to ZdoggMD for years and he seldom drops into my fibro world but he is always thoughtful and amusing and very informative. But, if you liked Rachel Zoffness then they both did one in March I think that was good as well.

He covered masks with Monica Gandhi who works on the AIDS ward 86 among other things, and that was one to watch as well.

I shall be joining the YouTube he mentioned. I’ve been missing out 😀I’ve just ordered the book, it’s no wonder, it’s sold out! But I shall patiently wait for it to arrive. Il look at the other one to keep me going in the meantime 😀thanks

Thanks to Jenny too then😀 il definitely be going on to Rachel’s website👍They both made so much sense. It made me realise that I was on the right path when I mentioned about the whole approach on chronic pain in one of my first posts. So pleased to know that there are people in the know who also think this. If we don’t share these things then we aren’t aware that not all medical professionals as Z Dogg explained that they aren’t trained to look at the whole package and focus on the individual symptoms. Fascinating 👍
