Who is claiming pip if so please share with me you experience I’m try to apply pip i am really scared I don’t have the guts to do it as
My Spinal and my nick & hips are getting worse every day.
Firstly you need to consult your doctor, 2ndly u need to have it checked out, mri or X-ray, then you have the proof, I have 12 points on pip mobility, it is definitely worth the applying once you have the proof, I struggled for years and never thought I would get pip or uc, but I got high rate with both, this only come about because of Covid, and they was so helpful. I have now given up work, as I cannot manage the pain any more. Do all u can to get the proof and everything will be ok. Good luck xx
Pip is based on how you are affected on a daily basis, not on your diagnosis. 2 people could have the exact same health conditions - one fit's the pip criteria the other doesn't because of how it affects them xxx

Hi, I have PIP motability full and standard other, it wasn't difficult for me to claim. Showed my MRI'S from doctors notes and also discovered my diagnosis through req8my hospital notes. Even now NHS doctors fail to inform patients. Anyway , yes , I think your own doc has to support your claims , that makes it easier. Evidence. It's just a matter of picking up the phone, I know that can take many days for us to do, I need to phone my car insurance to claim, its been weeks. I told my doc about my back failing me, she then sent the clinics team to assess me at home , they then gave me elbow crutches to keep. This info was used to prove I was having mobility issues. Hope this helps. I was useless when PIP rang, couldn't explain properly but they still awarded. Good luck!
Thank you ever one who replied to my to my question, I have been diagnosed back in 2017 fibromyalgia & sacroiliac and 2019 Degenerative disk disease and facet joint Through the years my illness is getting worsening Specially this summer my hips & my spinel are always in pain My ankles are swollen am having flat up all the time .
