I often wonder how someone in the so called developing nations copes with the F-word and I really don't like to think about it.It must be awful squared. Perhaps in the multi-generational families it may be coped with but with anything else it does not look good.
If I prayed I would pray for them.
within multi generational families there are problems as well especially with language as a barrier and cultural difficulties. It can be a very challenging situation. Although my experience is UK based.
However, I have spoken with Nigerian and South African health professionals and their health systems do make things more challenging. With the EU there are some situations where drugs we take for granted are not covered for fibro under their health insurance so if they are to try them and benefit from them then it is a cost.
Lack of awareness and ignorance have both a financial and human cost as a result in these situations.
