speak to your GP and work out with them a tapering plan. Will be individual to you and may involve using other drugs to step down to. Do not just stop suddenly.
Very slowly don't do it immediately you could have withdrawal symptoms
Ask your doctor about subutex…..buprenorphine
Gradual is definately the way. Under dr supervision. Withdrawl is hell aparently.
