Has anyone had any luck with the Bath Pain Management Centre in particular the residential?
My 11 yr old is under Sheffield Children's Hospital as there are such limited pain services for children (we live in Solihull) now Sheffield have referred us to Bath for a residential and we have an assessment with them.
Just wondering if anyone has had any success at Bath?
Thanks
Lisa

Hi, I don’t know about the Children’s Dept., but myself and some friends that I know have done The Fibromyalgia Coping Skills Course ( I think they call it Pain Management now) and I can highly recommend it.
The old hospital, The Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, (The Min) was relocated last year to a State of the Art unit & Therapy Centre within the grounds of the Royal United Hospital (RUH) also In bath.
I know they still use the old hospital for certain appointments, but the new unit has everything under the one roof. Here is a link to their website
