Has anyone experienced night sweats on Deluxotine?

Hi all, I was diagnosed in July 20 with Fibromyalgia & CFS and have really struggled with coming to terms with my new capabilities or lack of! I have a range of symptoms that effect me different everyday and since taking Deluxotine for the pain which has helped me immensely I have started having terrible night sweat where I wake up saturated and having to sleep on a towel every night. Did anyone else experience this and have to change to a different medication?? Thank hypo.

I couldn't take duloxetine due to constant excessive sweating

I do think I have some sweating but not as bad as that. I've been on this med for 20 years so it may take you awhile to get more used to it. I take xtra pain med. and modafinil for fatigue....part of a pill. Altogether they help quite a bit. Merry Christmas and a New Year that is Covid and pain free.

not taken those meds but in the first few years of m e i had a lot of night sweats at some point i ended up on beta blockers which stopped the night sweats and a lot of hot flushes .

Hi yes i get night sweats but that is due to the fibromyalgia not the duloxetine in my case xx

every once in a while I have sweats again on duloxitine but they go away for months then start again for a few nights. I've been on it for years but it worked better after I went off of it for 4 months. That's when I REALLY had night sweats then they stopped when I went back on when the pain started again.
