Feeling more positive

Since joining this group i feel like it has helped me knowing im not alone in how im feeling. Iv had a few really down days. But on the plus side im feeling pretty good the past few days 💪😎. Hope everyone is doing well x

Hi Westchef

Isn't it brilliant that there is a form where we can all come together and talk about Fibro and no one rolls their eyes we are all sitting here going blimey I have that, oh and that. I think the main thing is your are NOT alone, I am so glad your mood has improved we have all been at the bottom of the barrel at some point with our moods.

Its also great when our pain levels come down enough that we can have somewhat of a normal few days.

It's a lovely bright (but Cold day). Seeing the sun always cheers me up. Grey weather makes me an old grump!
