Chronic joint weakness, easily brake bones???

I do suffer with fibromyalgia all over my body & the Fog plus arthritis

But i have noticed a drastic weakness to my joints.

I've never broken a bone until now. Ive broke my left wrist & thumb joint, I am left handed too. The hosp consultant after attending A&E said i should of been potted but given a splint and with delays because of Covid but was fobbed off by saying its some time now so probably healed but because I've chronic arthritis in these joints plus fibromyalgia it will take time to heal, months...Wear your splint...

Fibromyalgia does weaken joints but not bones??

Anyone else experiencing this as well?

Fibro does not weaken joints or bones but I can see that it would compromise recovery time as it would impinge movement or therapy due to pain.
