It's been a while......

Hello all,

Its been a while since I have been on here. I am now in a new position at work in a better office, it is quieter and more manageable, I still over do it but thats the way I am haha.

Spoken to GP as pain levels are worsening, she has prescribed me another antidepressant, so thats 4 i'm on now :/.

Struggling with the fatigue, really tiring working full time. Super tired today as I have just had 2 days off plus the weekend. I asked the GP about fatigue but they don't have any answers.

Other than pacing what do you all do about the fatigue?

Does anyone else get sick of taking tablets?

Am I just moaning about nothing?

Hi and welcome back. Like you, I struggle to find anything that really helps the fatigue. Pacing helps me get through the day, but that's about it.

I do try to pace myself, it can be difficult as I work full time so I still have stuff to get done over the weekend. I do very little when I get home from work as I don't want to over do it and often have a nap if possible when I get home, sometimes I'm just resting in bed. I just feel that lately whatever I do it bites me.

I only work part time and still struggle, like you most days I end up having a nap after work just so u can have a bit of energy for after tea time (and even then I only watch TV or do some crochet)

Possibly the change in the weather hasn't helped. I'm definitely weather affected.

Cheers, Midori

I used to be on amytriptilline and it made me even more tired and foggy during the day. I slowly came off it, never to go back. I have never looked back either.
