Does anyone have a Fibro flare kit or just a box with stuff to help your fibro by your bed/where you frequently relax?

I always have my pain relief near but I take a hot water bottle to bed plus I have an electric blanket , then s fan to keep me cool.

Hope you are sleeping right now and don't get this until later on in the morning

Definitely keep ur medication right next to you if you had a bad morning maybe a reading book tex ur friends and family who understand oh BTW I susgest the tens machine if you still ain't bought it yet xx

Hi there,

I don't have a kit, but what a fabulous idea! I have a spare box looking for things to inhabit it, such as magnesium spray, ibuprofen, vitamins, my wrist splints etc.

It would be handy to have them near my bed, no littluns to fiddle with them, so no worries about accidental poisonings.

If there are kids in your household a cash box would be good, as it is lockable and you could keep the key with your door keys.

Hi there, I keep medication, large jug of water, a book, notebook and pen, some nice hand cream or body lotion, lavender oil, and iPad to listen to nice sounds eg rainfall. I usually have a hot water bottle too but not this week!!
