I bought cds off Amazon for depression, anxiety and panic attacks they do help the pain from fibro brings on the panic.i am going to Simple treatment clinic to see if that will help because at the moment its taking over my life

Glad you are seeking help for this horrid condition, I do use the utube relaxation videos , and m/in/law gave me a little machine you press which button of sounds you like ie waves, rainfall, noises , battery operated and brilliant when just trying to relax. Wondering if they sell them online Xx

This is a scan that gives results of where the illness is coming from then I think by electrodes the alter them .will understand more when I go on Monday its 2hrs for 4 consecutive days .I will try anything after suffering for years been on cbt and lots of other things I've even had to be sedated. So fingers 🤞🤞
