Hi to all,

Yesterday I almost completed a crossword, almost. Once upon fibro I could finish most crosswords in no time, so I'm proud of myself, because I have been so depressed even suicidal lately, that nothing mattered. Today I finished that crossword and it made me remember it doesn't matter how long it takes or how painful things get, once you're through the tunnel you will feel better, even if it's just a short reprieve there will be good days.

I hoping I can continue to remember this.

Best wishes to all. X

I know how you feel I can't tell you one place that doesn't hurt right now. Especially my neck and shoulders. I'm sitting in my chair rocking back and forth waiting for painkillers to kick in. I'm on ormorph and amitriptyline. BUT they will kick in and make the pain manageable. So please try to relax and think of anything that makes you smile. I know how hard it is to get motivated or even want to get motivated. We are a special breed and together we must try for our sakes and for those to come. Xxx stay well. ❤❤🌷🌷🌷

Thank you for hearing my concern Mac333 , sorry to hear about your pain , usually I am not this bad but today...just taken some cbd oil to see if I can relax a bit

I know this a breed that doesn’t kill you but kinda makes you only exit, this is the hardest part

Stay safe safe as my neighbours started to break the rules ! 🤞😍

Hi let me know if it helps. Don't rely on it for everything. It may help short time and that's good, but we know our situation changes from day to day, so if it helps keep it in reserve for those horrid days like today. God bless. Xx

I only use the oil occasionally, it’s a slight help. What works for me is physio which has gone pear shape since lockdown. Thanks

I wanted to say your message was spot on for today. Thank-you.

Never give up - Never give in

Dont let disillusionment, despair, depressions, distraction, divertions, disbelief etc

get in the way of climbing your mountain, living your life.

Other people can say of yes the view from the top is great or whatever. But the journey was flipping hard. And we can think. Ugh hard? and I now know the view from the top coz someone told me. Whats the point?

Tell me, you have trod every step to get you crossword finished. Did you know how amazing that would feel until you got it finished? Could you guess from previous crosswords? From talking to others? I doubt it. It's why you posted. You did it, fibro brain and all. Kudos to you and you know it don't you?

We should climb our own mountains. The ones we feel called to climb. Show up each day to take those maybe painful steps. Get present. Enjoy the process. One foot in front of the other, day by day. Keep showing up, commiting, not giving up. Even when it looks like we are going nowhere. There is such joy in it. face your fears, face failure, face the pain, humiliation. the rewards for sticking it out are real. you feel them where it matters, in your soul.

I'm talking woo woo again but I think some of you sensitive fibros know why.

Hi, Lexapug

I am sorry you are in so much pain. I know it's hard yesterday I was on cloud nine, today I haven't stopped crying. I too am having a flare-up I think, I'm in pain today but no more than yesterday. I think we all know that this pain is relentless it's up, it's down, it's debilitating. And yes it's so hard to put up with, we have got try to cope it's all we can do.

I wish you well and hope your pain lessens sooner rather than later. Xx😁😁❤
