It's only spring but I am suffering with the heat soooo badly, I dread to think what summer is to bring.
I have a 10 min walk to work each day at around 830, and even that sun is too much, its like all I need is the sun to be somewhere in the sky and I'm instantly a million degrees warmer, sweating and just generally unpleasant looking.
Has anyone got any top tips for short trips in the warm weather? I wear sunglasses, I carry a rucksack. I try and walk in the shade, it just sets me off for a bad day 😕

Aw Gc I so wish I had but unfortunately I can only truly empathise, heat is knocking me sideways, face feels like it's on fire and is a bright red sweaty mess 🥵
And when my car's air con decided to die it nearly broke me completely.
Hello , yes I read quite often people with fibro seem to have trouble with what I call their temperature gage, on a very warm day I tend to wear very light weight clothes and comfy flat shoes for short walks, covering your head helps so always have my cap. If you can chill some bottled water for your journey that might help and hopefully depending where you work you get to keep your fluids up during the day. I always have my fan on at home and also a spare one if that one should break. The weather had decided to turn chilly for a few days so hopefully that will give you some relief.
