Fibro condition ??

Hi hope everyone is well at this horrendous time.

I've been unwell for 6 years now and only Diane's a year and a half with fibro doctors initially thought I had MS but not but say will test in 2 years time, well that's in November, can't see that happening.

I am getting so scared now as unable to use left arm/hand well almost, can't use a fork in left hand or anything as it shakes so much and right arm/hand going same way as if permanent disability also pain started in left leg, always had back and hips pain but I am so so scared my legs go now, have you heard of fibro doing this as I have no other illnesses xx

Hi, unfortunately it's impossible to say whether the shaking/tremor is fibromyalgia related or not, without your doctor eliminating other possible causes first. Fibro pain is widespread affecting all areas of the body, and the position of the pain can change.

I feel you need to get a telephone appointment with one of the GPs at your surgery and tell them your symptoms and how long it has been going on for. Hopefully you will get a full blood test & some advice.

Have your symptoms /time you’ve had it etc. written down in front of you so when you get your telephone Appointment you won’t forget anything.

I agree.

However attending A&E is also an option.

With these new symptoms - I think I would go to A&E.

Yes, good point and the blood test results would come back quicker.
