Not been on here for while not been to good

Hope all ok just had bit off alone time late with know internet my brain been puzzled theses few days and I just feeling drained and in alot pain head to toe feel so miserable lately but I keep my head and carry on I been taking time off work as I am care I feel like I cant do my job know more I am struggling its getting me down

Sorry things are so bad, It can't help with all thats going on in the world. Its good your taking time from work, sounds like you need to lighten the load. Be kind to yourself and try not to push yourself to hard, so important to listen to our bodies

Have you had checks to see if anything else is going on? Thyroid, vitamin D, B12, iron, etc?
