Hey, I hope everyone is ok. My stress levels are through the roof. My Mum lives with me, she is in the vulnerable category. Do I need to self isolate to protect her or am I ok to still go to work? We have no symptoms. TIA xx

I am not an expert, but do you have a job where you can work from home? If you do, then maybe ask your manager of you could do this to protect your mum.

Hi

My Son lives with me and I have 5 of the things thay say to put me in the high risks group.

Hes in the catering industry so may not be working for much longer

I am only going out to walk my 91 years old Mums dog or for a walk myself .Son is going to work and doing shopping for me but we are sharing the same rooms in the house but practising good hygiene .

If either of us come down with symptoms then that person would isolate them self's in thier bedroom .

I am staying away from my Mum as she is at risks but my brother lives next door so he will keep a eye on her .

I can stand in her hallway and chat to her and collect the dog without going into the same room as her just have to remember to clean door handles and anything else I touch in her house .

Most of my family are in same situation and are doing the same as I expect many people will be

Like you I have 4 of the conditions that put me at high risk and I live with my son. What I most worry about is my son through his job coming in contact with someone that infected and then I catching it

Work from home if possible is the advice.
