Do you have to do a urine test if you are prescribed lyrica?

Can you give a bit more information on the situation. There would be no urine test prior to it being prescribed as far as I am aware.

I have horable neurological pain in my back,leg and both feet.

Appreciate that but why are you thinking a urine test would be required?

Its possible that lyrica can help you with that type of pain.

I have problems with peeing in a cup.

I took 4hrs one time to do a urine test.

I am on Lyrica and wasn't asked to provide urine for a test a d no one I know who has been prescribed it has had to either so I shouldn't worry.x

No but a blood test after you have been on it for a while, checks your liver function is not being affected by the drug.
