I hope that everyone is doing ok this morning. Amazing but the sun ☀️ is shining outside my window for the second day in a row. The birds 🐦 are chirping away and it feels like Spring is here. 💐. So I hope,wherever you are, you have something similar as it’s a real tonic (minus the gin) and despite the pain it’s great to experience lovely things.

The Sun was out but dissapeared again and windy here in Suffolk , shame cannot wait for the temperature s to warm up. I drink different flavours of tonic water (don’t like gin) it supposed to be good for you, grapefruit, pepper(aquired taste) friend gets them from the Britvic factory for me . I mite have a glass of wine with my roast today and alittle in the gravy ha ha. Allowed a small amount of alcohol now and then due to meds, but I seem to eat other things instead so put weight on not lost it 🤣 take care have a good day xxxx
Hi 👋 I hope the sun ☀️ comes out again for you in Suffolk. Yes tonic water is good for you because of the quinine in it. Amazing the flavours nowadays 😋. My Mum drinks lots of flavoured tonic and gin.

It is improving. Warmer now, and less wind and rain (that being said it is calling me a liar at present!) and more sun. I managed to get out in the garden and plant a couple of shrubs!

this morning I was awakened at 6am by what sounded like somebody throwing a bucketful of gravel at my window! It was hail, and it was stacking up against the window because it wasn't melting. (the temperature has dropped sharply). Beautiful morning though, sat with a cup of tea, watching the clouds pass as the sun rose. Quite a lot of cumulo-nimbus (so someone is in for storms today!)
