I’ve always just put this down to the fibro, the annoying little pin-prick like nerve pains that last a second and make you twitch....anyone else get them? Usually I get them occasionally in my leg, oh no not today! Wherever, whenever, even in my big toe 😡 it’s driving me mad!! I’m having a reasonably good day today, pain levels good, energy okay, no brain fog so I’m catching up on lots of uni work.

Hi bloop yes I get twitches in most muscles and feel like my organs shake as well as heart pulse everywhere it's part of fibro muscle twitches I think it's because we're constantly exhausted and yes I get pin prick sensations as well xxx
It’s so frustrating! I’d noticed the gabapentin had made them much less often but not today apparently! I went to a concert Friday night and stood, that’s probably why!
I have noticed these more when I am overtired they send you screwy as they can settle for a bit and then unexpectedly start up again you have my sympathy.x
Thanks for your replies! I’m glad I’m not alone and going mad! The concert was only for a few hours but I did stand around at the end as he came out to meet us all 😍 making me a bit nervous as I’m going to a gig in October at Alexandra Palace and I stupidly booked standing tickets 🤦🏼♀️ think I’ll be booking the days after off!
