What time do you take it and what dose are you on? I only take 10mg and if I don't remember to take it by 7.30 pm I won't take it at all. Maybe you need to take yours by 7pm if you don't already?

I used to take it, but it gave me very vivid dreams and nightmares; including being sat on the toilet! Nearly had accidents, so my GP switched me to Nortriptyline, which I found I could tolerate better.

I'm not on any of them now, although I get very stiff, , but getting up and moving around helps with that.

Cheers, Midori

Maybe your on too strong a dose, if it is making you sleepy in the day and such a dry month? I do take it once a week to help get some sleep, in the mornings I do feel groggy, with a dry mouth and feel worse but like you say it is worth it to get a little sleep
