Just out of it

I’ve had a bit of a full on day with work etc and feel strangely out of it like I have no idea what has gone on today yet at the same time I can picture it all... gosh I sound mad! Can’t wait to crash in bed after dinner what a day! X

I'm feeling similar; it has been non-stop for me over the last 2 weeks, with moving, etc., and now I feel like there's something I must be doing but can't think what! Unsettling, isn't it?

I think its just coming into land, finding my feet in Wales, with the very strange waste and recycling system here in Pembrokeshire!

Storm Dennis hasn't helped, but at least I'm on a hill, so it's less likely to flood, although many have, especially in the Valleys near Cardiff.

Being near the largest estuary in Wales has it's advantages, as flood water passes through more quickly.

Cheers, Midori

Moving is the worst!! I’ve moved about 6 times in 9 years lol! At least you are on a hill with all this rain

Yes, level ground near a river is asking for trouble.

Too many houses are being built on flood plains now, it's insane.

Yup we have a park near us that deliberately flood to save the houses wont be long before some plonker thinks it is a good idea to build there!

I’m the same LozzieC; just had a meds review with GP and they are sending me to a pain management clinic; I am currently taking 150mg of pregabalin and 60mg of zapain 4 times a day. GP has just switched out my final zapain with amatryptaline as she says it’s the codiene that is making me hazey; not sure how it’ll pan out but it’s a struggle at work when you are waking around in a daze.

😉

Yeah codeine does that but I’m on amitriptyline and it does exactly the same! Waking up in the mornings is so difficult! Pain management clinic is good though :-) x
