Coccyx (tailbone) pain

Hello everyone,

Does anyone suffer from tailbone pain. I now have to sit on a gelled cushion to relieve the pain, even then I am uncomfortable and forever trying different positions for a few minutes of relief. I have just read about yoga but my knees are in a bad way following many falls.

Thankyou

Caroline H

There are special coccyx cushions designed for exactly your condition.

They have a little half moon cut out on one edge.

Can be bought at a well known on line shop but some are very thin.

Pharmacy and mobility shops sell them too...get the best you can afford.

I use a Coccyx Cushion; it has a cut out notch to allow your tailbone freedom from pressure.
