I’m new here but I’ve been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and awaiting to be seen in fibro clinic but tonight I was in bed watching tv and I couldn’t move my legs!!!!
I was shouting in my head for them to move but they wouldn’t move for half an hour, my partner had to massage them and my feet before they even moved slightly.
This has worried my a lot I hope someone can offer me advice

Thankyou!! That’s exactly what it felt like ..... as if my legs were held in a vice!!!
I take magnesium tablets and yes!!! Definitely use Epsom salts in the bath!! It is one of the best things I’ve found to use!

Morning , yes not a nice feeling when something like that happens, make some notes for the clinic including what happened with your legs, my hubbie does gentle massage for feet / calf muscles for me after bath at night I find that helps , differently agree with Zoonie Epsom salts is very helpful, I always have a supply in the cupboard. I would recommend these two as well. I did not know about M oil and Epsom salt until I came to this forum. I think Zoonie you were the first one to mention this. So m oil is a big help. And yesterday I bought the e salt but will use it at some time. They say knowledge is power. By sharing the experiences here we can improve our health 👉
