Does any one feel like shards of glass stabs them all over ?

Hi guys so before a flare I get stabling glass pains in chest and shoulder blades always starts off there then stomach pain I can only describe it as stabbing glass pain it's doing my head in I've had enough had two good days now I can feel I'm due to crumble again sometimes I feel like going to a&e because it's scares me this pain and I'm still waitting to see Rhumatologist I try staying so positive I'm 32 should be at my prime I can't remember the last time I felt no pain 😑

I know exactly how you feel, I am currently experiencing it now - stabbing pain between my shoulders, my back and my pelvis! I’ve been to a&e before when the pain has been excruciating but all they do is make you sit there for hours and give you a few painkillers so it helps a little short time!

Honestly I’m 27; and I know exactly how you feel love xxxx

Hi babe I'm glad u can relate but I'm sorry u have it as well it's such a pain I'm lucky I have my 3 girls because there's no way I could of gone through pregnancy with this it takes over your life I'm shaky and feel like I'm loosing the plot x

Don't be worried your be fine just in more pain especially in first 3 months but it will be so worth it xx what meds do u take ?and do u feel like your lower back is broke at times ???sorry to ask all these questions but I know your educated on fibro xxxxx

I wouldn’t say educated just had it a long time now 😤 I don’t take any medication anymore, I use to when I was first diagnosed but as my fibro has got worse I’ve got an intolerance for it now so I sadly don’t take anything really. Yes the worst of my pain is in my lower back and hips but the rest of my body seems to be joining in at the moment xxxx

Oh that's crap Hun I think your so strong I have to take 4 co codamol a day I couldn't cope with out medication I wish I could nothing gets rid of this pain how on earth u manage girl your one strong women x

Awwwww bless you thank you! I didn’t really have a lot of choice, stress recently as made it particularly hard to manage...... but these things happen! I think you’re very strong too xxx

Lauren yes I can get this often it’s horrid. Get it mainly in shoulders fibromyalgia seems to attack where existing problems persist or where the greater muscles mass is. Xx

Hi yes it's so scary I get it in chest to that's the worst thanks for reply it puts me at ease knowing others get similar symptoms all test and bloods come back clear so it makes you feel like your going insane Or are a hypochondriact I'm seeing Rhumatologist in March so I will hopefully get diagnosed until then I'm a little scared wreck 😂😑🙁x

No perfectly reasonable you would be I used to get them in the centre of the chest used to send me into a panic. Over time I had muscle therapy and it helped ease it xx
