Magnesium and heartburn

Hi everone,hope you're all as well as you can be wanted to ask, has anyone found that they get heartburn from taking magnesium tablets? The ones I've been taking are not prescribed but a supermarket brand I've never taken these until a couple of weeks ago and wonder if they may be causing this? Thanks

I didn’t get on with the tablets very well, but I now use the spray and the salts and it works much better xxxx
