I suppose I am being a pain, but I'm having such a bad spell, my mind is in overdrive. Feeling so rotten, still searching for answers, just wondered if anyone on here has been misdiagnosed with fibromyalgia and then found it was MS. I seem to have so many different problems going on at once . Or maybe someone else has the same problems as I have and accept it. 35 years. Left sided head, neck, shoulder and back pain , getting worse. digestive issues, bowel problems feeling nauseus; stomach discomfort. abdominal problems - endometriosis or adhesions following hysterectomy (30 years ago) ; weakness in lower back and thighs when walking, breathlessness, tingling, numbness, sleep problems - just for starters! Anxiety, stress and now starting with depression. Just don't know where to turn. Finding it increasingly difficult to cope with OH who has early dementia and mobility problems, so not much support. Take care all. x

Another question
Get yourself back to your GP and get it off your chest and maybe get sent for a 2nd opinion. Also ask your Gp to point you in the right direction with maybe getting any help you need /entitled to with your OH. ( Also maybe worth ringing Citazens advice ).
Obviously the stress you are under maybe increasing your symptoms so take care of yourself.
I would suggest social services, by law they are obligated to assist the vulnerable which most of us easily fall under, if not speak to the local MP, wish you all the best in the Planet X
Thanks Painny. I am currently in the process of finding out what help/care is available, and have had a lady to see us. Apparently we have to pay for carers, but at the moment we are still functioning between us , albeit at a slower rate than we used to, so we are not at that stage yet, and I have been given information about other help we may be able to access. Awaiting next assessment for POH. x
Thanks tw25. Doc is aware of my probs. and to be fair she does listen. I think she is at a loss after trying medications, which didn't work or I wasn't able to take due to side effects .Asked for a head/neck scan or referreal to neurologist, but she didn't think it necessary, and puts it all down to fibro and anxiety. Have had a bad 12 months, thyroid is still out of wack, been tested every 6 weeks and dosage constantly changing, so that doesn't help. Just had another full blood count which doc says is ok and am scheduled to have a 24hr ecg monitor. Am currently in contact with an assessor regarding help/advice on social care front, so one step at a time with that.x
