Dr believes I have fibromyalgia, but sending me to see a rheumatologist to make sure they haven’t missed anything!! I also mentioned that my breast are very tender...she found something & now have to go to the breast clinic. It never rains but pours. I’m to carry on with my pain medication & she will reassess when I’ve been to breast clinic!! So fed up with feeling so tired & being in pain. I’m just glad I was able to give up work & now just care for an elderly friend 3 days a week. & she understands my bad days. Thank for listening. Can only moan to my hubby soo much 😂😂

From experience breast aches and pain often turn out to be nothing,I have seen numerous poeple male and female have lumps removed which were just a lump of grizzle.I find it so hard to find bras that do support fully,that causes aches and stabbing pain but all have been nothing...it is right to get checked.

I have had to go to breast clinic three times - twice a recall from a routine mammogram (last one in November) - each time was ok and the clinic staff were wonderful (even free tea and biscuits!) . Sadly a lot of women don't turn up for their appointments which is understandable as they are probably scared but it is important to go. xxx

I was sent to the breast clinic when I was first complaining of pains around that area as a precaution. I have to say that the care was absolutely exemplary so much so I actually wrote a letter to the hospital of thanks. They did find a cyst but the specialist said many women with fibromyalgia seemed to suffer with breast pain and they didn't know the reason for it. She actually told me to try the herbal remedy Agnus Castus as it had helped some of her patients but unfortunately all it did for me was to make me nauseous. It is always best to be checked out. I am glad you are also seeing a rheumatoglist.x

Thank you. Bit worried as my m had breast cancer!! But fingers crossed it’s a cyst, caused by HRT!!

Been unable to wear a bra for months now due to pain around my ribs. Thougt my breasts were sore coz they have no support . They dont feel lumpy so i just put it down to fibro
