Does anyone know of a decent cooling mattress cover?

I have night sweats and would appreciate your opinions on whether a cooling pad or similar actually works, a lot of online reviews say not, hopefully there are some that do.

I have a cool pad that is actually meant for pets that I put over or under my legs and grey when they are really hot, which does help a little.... I also have a cooling scarf that helps cool down my neck /face when I take a flush xxx

Same as Hazel_Angelstar I use pet ones which are activated by pressure. One inside pillowcase and one under hips works well for me.

I have a chilimat /chilicube from the states. Cost us a lot but it’s the best thing we’ve ever found for my fibro heat. The cube runs for 10 hrs b4 you need to press the ok button again on the hand held. It’s like the opposite of an electric blanket with little tubes carrying cold water round all night inside it. I can’t feel them at all lying on it. Anyway just thought you might like to know about it, it has to be shipped in from the states and it is called the ‘Chilimat’ or Chilicube’ A friend used to keep big water bottles in the freezer then roll them over herself in the night to cool. Hope this helps x
