I haven't seen a doctor yet but have every symptom there is! My family are used to me having COPD, Diabetes and Spondylosis, and are a great support, but when I am in constant pain, they are baffled! We spent a fortune on a new mattress, still hurts me! I can't sit on any chair for more than 10 minutes without it causing me pain! Arddto that the constant burning sensation all over my skin, the rushing to the toilet and the anxiety, anyone got a gun to just shoot me? Seriously, this pain and moaning is getting ME down, never mind my poor family!!

Do I actually have fibromyalgia
healthunlocked.com/fibromya..., morning , I think the best thing is to book to see your doctor , perhaps make a note of symptoms that have been going and how long for, my anxiety got the better of me to the point it took over my day to day living, it sometimes is trial and error but I was eventually put on duloxtene which has stopped it completely and really helped me deal with my fibro and other health conditions. Once I got my diagnosis I found family/friends seem to be in tune and have more empathy which is good. I’ve posted a link above if you would like to lock your posts that way only our community can see and gives you more privacy . Xx
Hi
I'm so sorry you are feeling so rotten, me too. It definitely sounds like fibro but to be certain please make an appointment with your doctor, he might refer you to rheumatology where they can diagnose you properly. Once I was diagnosed I was referred back to my Dr. I have been to a couple of pain clinics which were rubbish. Who I've got now are much better, I'm waiting to have steroid injections, hopefully they will work!! I'm glad your family are supportive, that us a great help. You will get great support on here. I too have a great support network of family, friends and all the lovely people on here. Pm me if you need to. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
It is worth while paying a visit to a chiropractor. They may or may not be helpful. Pressure on root nerves leaving the spinal column can give all sorts of discomfort effects. "constant burning sensation all over the skin" is one such effect.
The medical profession does not understand the sort of problems that pressure on root nerves can cause.
Unfortunately, we are not medically trained, so the best advice is go to your Doctor, and please try to get him to refer you to a Rheumatologist. There will be a battery of Blood tests to get through first, however.
