If you want to get any x-rays for your pip claim or other you need to contact Radiology at your local hospital and request it. . They will then send a DATA PROTECTION FORM to complete and send back . You need to give your email addy and mobile number as this will be how you access your information by email which will contain a link and then a password to your phone which when entered will take you to THE Image Portal dashboard where you can access your X-ray films . The download is only available for 60 days but you can download as many times as you like .

Hope this helps !

Hello, what would you need require your XRAYs for your PIP application? PIP isn’t awarded on a disability, diagnosis or the amount of medications you are prescribed. But PIP is awarded on your abilities to function preform in relation to the PIP descriptors, safely, repeatedly and in a timely manner..

I am quite well aware of the appliance of the rules of and for PIP and without having to divulge my medical conditions on here for all to see and the problems I face each day, just know that the X-rays I have obtained are very strong evidence for my particular non ability to perform

I am all for freedom of speech but I thought on here we are on the same playing field about the DWP and

not against a person trying to be helpful !

So if you don’t need to use x-rays that is up to you but others may find the information as of use to them .

Sorry if I offended you, but as a seasoned poster on this subject having hospital, physio consultants reports surly is more than enough to comfirm a diagnosis or disability with out having visual aids. The assessors conducting your mine assessments will be able to or should be able to draw conclusions from the written evidence that your diagnosis, disability and health issues are genuine and your ability to preform the PIP descriptiors are as described in your application form.

Apparently not as the HCP aspired to knowing more than my surgeon and she was not well pleased when I told her which prompted a letter to Capita .

You seem to have a lot of faith in the DWP and capita

I gathered huge amounts of evidence and still had to require more after that !

#goodluck 😀😀

Everyone gets a reports from their visit to hospitals but taking XRAYs is a new one on me never heard of it before or had it recommended or even suggested to send XRAYs as evidence.
