Failed on every one , not one point ! How annoying are they , any advice would be appreciated?

I got 0 points after f2f, 0 points after MR enhanced on care and mobility on appeal. Apparently, you have more chance of a successful appeal, if they award 0 points as it shows they have not looked at your case properly. Therefore I say APPEAL! APPEAL! APPEAL!!

Study the info on the Mandatory Review letter.

It should tell you how to Appeal.

You can write a short letter now saying that you wish to Appeal and get that in the post.

You can send the Appeal Form also if you wish.

You can send any supporting information in.

did you go thru the report and note down everything that is not right,?go to the CAB they will help with appeal,I would say get your MP involved with complaint to the assessment company -or welfare rights,go thru the descriptors and score what you should get.

I agree with FRreedman that you stand .for chance if you are awarded zero points. I would concentrate on the areas where you expected to have gained points. Get a copy of the assessors report and highlights any areas where there are inaccuracies you might be amazed how many there a re. E.g. the nurse has got my husband's medication inaccurate e v an though she was given the repeat prescription list and had concentrated on physical problems not the mental problems which was the reason he was there. He went from zero to 18 points for ESA at the tribunal. Is there any evidence you sent that was ignoresr? Good luck.x

Write all this out to support your Appeal & ask your Welfare Advice Worker to check it and help with how you need to put it on your Appeal Form or in another letter to send in saying "Further to my letter asking for an Appeal . . . . . . "

Remember to put all the scores you say you should have for each activity & mobility scores.

thats what they do.the MSO and MSE reports are copied and pasted in-as are other things.

I have only just applied for that , because I hadn’t paid the enough national insurance because it they went off my maternity year and I was a subcrontractor. So at the minute I’m not getting anything.

You really need to see your MP's Case Worker but awkward now.

Look up your MP's phone number on the Internet and try calling the office.

Your MP following the election next month should be able to help you.

Meanwhile, see if you can find some Agency to help. You need to get some income from somewhere.

Hi dottielotti, I got zero points from first consultation and the report was just lies so I have put in a MR and if still no points I will appeal. Its tough on us but it has to be done. x

Just to keep in mind, the MR is just part of the delay process. No points is likely meaningless. Unless you are a charity deciding which cases you will take to tribunal. Some use no points as an indicator the case is futile. Hence although lots of cases will go on to win, the no points can be a serious mental and physical hurdle to getting what you deserve.

I am not privy to how you filled the form in, however I feel really angry people like you and I are being targeted. I had the dreaded DLA to PIP and they have given it to Capita. Capita and me have a long understanding that we hate each other. Captia are the people who look at things like Car Parking enforcement, Council tax, TV licence fee, they do a lot of enforcement work for the crooks in the Houses of Parliment. They are the ones who beat British citizens up for not having a job, ask why cant you get a job, however they are the same said company who employ New Zealanders, Americans, South Africans and Austrailians in breach of thier work permit conditions. I know over 50 Kiwis, and Aussies who worked outside thier working Visa's condition and asked Capita, my MP, the Home office to look into this, given we have so many unemployed people yet allow overseas workers to come and work here. All of them set up off shore companies, so paid no income tax, paid no Council tax, paid no TV licence fee, did not pay for Road tax, or any tax, on top of this they reclaimed the VAT on exiting after thier 2 year stint here, they used the NHS for prohibatively expensive conditions, I know three that got a kidney transplant, two that had a liver tranplant, over 12 had a child born here. They all recieved Phsiotheraphy for conditions that they had before they entered this country. Whilst the British people are investigated by this company. Some cheek! Capita asked me to name all the people with the addresses, so I did. Most had gone back to Kiwi and Aussie land, they owed several thousands of pounds to the HMRC, yet not one was brought to justice. Capita after aI had given them all the names and address of the people, did not contact me again so I ot my MP to ask questions and they replied we will not entertain me or him and as far as they were concerned the matter was closed! My MP, our Government who are on a soft cushy job, and with an expense account could not car. However I get angry with British citizens, none make a stand or say this is wrong and hold this scum to account. After all as the saying goes the people deserve the government they vote for!

Whats worse it is the company who has acted and broken the legal statues, and refusing to even give Parlimentary representatives, who we elect as the law makers thier information and employed people illegally and then beat us over the head with why we cant and wont work, but we vote these MPs who are meant to serve us as public servants who have salaries of over £150,000 and a claim expense of that amount, a second, home, which them then can sell for profit, free flights to twinned cities, and these elected represenatives claim for even a bar of kitkat, clean thier moats, while the disabled cant even bend to clean themsleves! Shame on them but shame on us for allowing this. Does anyone want to join in starting to challange the system? They are supposed to look after the most vulnerable, and be publis servants yet we are the slaves!

i got zero points in 2017-took it to tribunal -nothing,-reclaim this year -again zero f2f -MR with a supporting letter from my care manager-enhanced care .Seeing WR on wednesday re appeal mobility,

I got 0 points initially and appealed I think they must have looked again and my report from my GP because 6 weeks later they agreed I was in titled to the standard rate for care but not in titled to anything for mobility because I can plan a journey and drive to visit my son. It is definitely worth appealing and the end of the day the worst thing that can happen is they still say No but they my over rule the first result so it’s worth ago.
